Gas Services FAQ

In Ontario, most gas line installations require a permit and must be inspected by the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA). We can pull the permit for you and coordinate the inspection. Don't hire anyone who says a permit isn't needed — it's the law and your safety.
Most residential gas line runs take 2–4 hours. Longer runs (e.g., from basement to back of a large property for a pool heater) can take a full day. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.
Most of the GTA is serviced by Enbridge Gas. If your home already has a gas meter, you have access to natural gas. We can also advise on propane alternatives for properties not connected to the natural gas grid.
